Other things I enjoy

• Reading, mostly fiction. Right now I'm reading A Single Man and The Worst Journey In The World.
• The hit historical-horror-drama-adventure TV series The Terror. I think I rewatched it five times in the span of 6 months. My favourite character is John Irving. I like reading the historical guy's letters. He was a mildly melancholic guy, which is immensely relatable. Of course, his actions of moving to Australia was settler-colonial cringe, and him rejoining the British Admiralty felt like the Walter screaming at Hank from a car moment while reading the letters.
• Music. I gravitate towards early 1990s to 2000s pop-punk and metal, but I like all kinds of music.
• Sleeping. Zzzzz...

About me:

I'm a college student who is passionate about polar exploration, literature and politics (not that I would ever want to be involved in government, I don't have the temperament of a politician. One of my deepest darkest fantasies is going missing without warning and working on an Alaskan fishing boat during the winter months.
